Couture Lane honors the Return Policy set forth by each Merchant, respectively. The policy must be up to date and published on the merchant’s website. Couture Lane publishes the merchant’s this policy to the merchant’s profile page in the app, and in the product descriptions for each product listed on the platform.
When a customer returns an item, you must initiate the process through your Shopify dashboard for that order ID. Once we receive a notification that a refund has been initiated, we will refund the full order amount to the customer and will deduct that amount from your Couture Lane account.
